Best Employer Practices
Makati City, October 13, 2025 – TP, a global leader in digital business services, recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), marking the launch of the TP Emerging Leaders Development Program (TELDP), a flagship program designed to build TP's leadership pipeline for the future. The MOA also formalizes the strategic industry-academe partnership between TP and AIM.
Signing the MOA were Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines Jeffrey Johnson, Vice President of Learning and Development (L&D) Inkee Hidalgo, and AIM School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning Head, Professor Alberto Mateo, Jr.
Through TELDP, high-potential TP talents will undergo leadership training, structured learning, and mentorship to be facilitated by AIM. The program is designed to empower team members to lead with resilience, innovation, and people-first values.
“Building a strong talent pipeline through people development and creating meaningful career growth opportunities for all team members are at the heart of our work in Human Resources. This partnership with
AIM is a continuation and reaffirmation of that mission. By giving TP talents leadership training and a clear-cut L&D pathway, not only are we investing in their future; but also more importantly, we are strengthening the country’s IT-BPM industry. We’re incredibly thrilled to develop the next generation of leaders and help them sustain meaningful careers,” said Johnson.
This collaboration merges AIM’s world-class academic expertise with TP’s continued commitment to nurturing transformational leaders—further enhancing talent by equipping them with skills, developing their resilience, and expanding their vision to lead in today’s dynamic business landscape.
