Taguig City, November 17, 2025 — Global digital services leader TP in the Philippines has launched TP Prime, a premier leadership development program aimed at preparing the next generation of executives to steer the country’s growing Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry.
The Philippine IT-BPM sector remains a key economic driver, employing over 1.82 million Filipinos and generating USD 38 billion in revenues in 2024, according to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).
