We're looking for a Supervisor Lead. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance, and exceeding operational standards. Responsibilities include providing ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to improve performance, while regularly monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure alignment with operational targets and standards.

• A natural leader who’s excellent at supporting, motivating, evaluating, and coaching to achieve and succeed at both individual and group goals continually.
• Someone who proactively seeks to maintain required service levels while maximizing team productivity to ensure the desired margin.

The TOP Team Is All About:

• Having at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor, or as a lead in sales, commercial or marketing roles.
• Preferably with a strong background in digital marketing, social media marketing, and data analytics to effectively support and optimize online campaign.
• Leading with proactivity, taking ownership, and displaying confidence in your decisions.
