Our partner, a multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in South Korea, needed to improve efficiency in handling incoming customer chats. To meet Time for Agent to Respond (TAR) KPIs, agents had to respond within two minutes, requiring three full-time employees (FTE) to manually manage the task.

 

Through our RaaS model, we identified an opportunity to optimize this inefficient and costly process. Our team developed a solution using two Selenium-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots—one to automate responses to incoming chats within the two-minute window, and a backup to ensure continuity in case of malfunction. The system also encouraged customers to create user accounts for additional benefits, unlocking further engagement opportunities.
