You'll play a key role in managing our HITRUST certification, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, and strengthening our security policies and risk management strategies. Who You Are:

  • A Compliance Guardian: Assist in managing HITRUST, ISO27001, ISO27701, SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS certifications, ensuring alignment with security standards.
  • A Risk & Security Strategist: Develop and implement security controls, conduct risk assessments, and report findings to executive management.
  • A Policy & Audit Pro: Document and maintain security policies, oversee corporate compliance, and support internal/external audit processes.
  • A Cross-Team Collaborator: Work with stakeholders to close compliance gaps and enhance security strategies across the organization.

The TOP Team Is All About:

  • Security Expertise: You have 3+ years of experience in HITRUST, GRC, ISMS, PCI DSS, with a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management.
  • Global Readiness: Your advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) allows you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Technical Excellence: You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields like Information Security, Telecommunications, or Systems, plus knowledge of HITRUST, SOC 1 & 2, PCI DSS, ISO standards, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Tech & Compliance Mastery: You possess hands-on experience with networking, cybersecurity technologies, IT platforms, Azure, AWS, security frameworks, and compliance.
