We’re looking for a Trilingual Customer Expert | French. You’ll provide support for the client’s products and services, including hardware, software, networking, and interactions with operating systems and computer applications.

• An intermediate English and intermediate-advanced French speaker who can build genuine and supportive relationships with customers ensuring they feel heard and valued while guiding them through technical challenges.
• Someone who excels at assisting with hardware, software, networking, and operating systems, providing expert support, and promoting the client’s products with ease and confidence.
• A detail-oriented pro who handles sensitive data with care and confidentiality, ensuring trust and accuracy every step of the way.
