As part of our HR Tech Squad, you'll play a key role in our HR transformation & Workday implementation, supporting system configuration, testing, data analysis, reporting, and training while ensuring a smooth go-live process. Who You Are:
- A Workday Expert: Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies, processes, and reporting needs while safeguarding data integrity and security.
- An Integration & Change Leader: Support Workday connections with payroll, benefits, and time tracking, while managing system updates, testing, and communication.
- An Insights & Support Pro: Create reports with key HR metrics and assist employees/managers in navigating Workday efficiently and identifying improvement opportunities.
- A Vendor & Security Guardian: Partner with leadership to manage third-party vendors and maintain top-tier security measures for employee information.
The TOP Team Is All About:
- Expertise That Counts: Preferably, you have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of Workday experience in a post-go-live environment.
- Workday Mastery: You possess in-depth knowledge of business process configuration, security administration, and data management to ensure seamless workflows and secure access.
- Integration Expertise: Familiarity with Workday integration tools like Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder is a plus.
- All-in Workday Pros: Strong command of Workday’s core modules (HCM, payroll, time tracking, recruitment, advanced comp, and performance management) to drive efficient system performance.
