Bilingual Recruitment Analyst

We're looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Analyst. In this role, you'll help connect talented people with meaningful career opportunities by managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You'll build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring an efficient, organized, and high-quality hiring experience.

Who You Are?

• A professional with an intermediate to advanced English level, ready to communicate confidently in a multicultural environment and support bilingual recruitment processes.
• A recruitment expert with at least 6 months of end-to-end selection experience, capable of attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for every opportunity.
• An organized and analytical professional who excels at managing recruitment data, monitoring hiring processes, leading interviews, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
