We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Analyst. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, drive hiring excellence, and help build high-performing teams. • A professional with an intermediate to advanced English level, ready to communicate confidently while supporting bilingual recruitment initiatives.
• A tenured recruitment specialist with at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and a passion for attracting top talent through effective hiring strategies.
• A collaborative leader with experience guiding recruitment teams, analyzing hiring metrics, and driving continuous improvement through organization, communication, and data-driven decision-making.
