PRESS RELEASE

TORONTO, April 20, 2025 – Teleperformance (TP) in Canada, a global leader in digital business services, confirms that it received certification as a Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year. TP in Canada is also recognized among Canada’s top 50 of Best Workplaces in Canada for organizations with more than 1,000 employees and among Canada’s Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams.

“We celebrate and thank our dedicated team of more than 3,000 employees for all they do to achieve this recognition. It is their delivery of performance results that creates world-class customer experience and business outcomes on behalf of clients,” said Tracey Poole, CEO for TP in Canada.

“Over the years, we have innovated our service offerings and our workplace culture to provide industry-leading customer experience and related management and technology services that leverage the best of our people, process, and our AI-driven technology combined,” continued Poole. “These innovations are driven, in part, by our strong workplace culture, grounded in emotional intelligence (EI), where everyone can see themselves contributing. We continuously engage with employees to understand what steps we can take to make TP in Canada a place where everyone feels proud to work and progress their careers. We will continue to build on our adaptive culture to evolve with the ever-changing environments in which we serve, live and work as we master the future together.”

TP employees in Canada join approximately 97% of the company’s employees worldwide who now work in a Great Place To Work-Certified location[1]. Certification is based on employee feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. The survey assesses employee satisfaction across key areas, including credibility, respect, fairness and camaraderie.

“It is a testament to our leadership and onboarding teams that 80% of TP employees in Canada say that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome,” said Tracy Lapointe, CHRO for TP in Canada.

Globally, employees also gave TP high marks for its work culture which supports employees with a comprehensive leadership development program and promotes wellbeing with sports clubs and brings employees across the globe together through the  company’s annual For Fun Festival employee talent competition.

“People are the heart and soul of a company’s culture, and I applaud TP for its ongoing efforts to solicit confidential and independent feedback from employees to continuously fuel its transformation as a business services company that cares for the professional growth and wellbeing of its people,” said Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. “I am pleased to congratulate TP on this outstanding global Great Place To Work accomplishment this year.”

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
