We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Training Team Lead to drive the continuous improvement and alignment of our training and quality processes. In this role, you’ll manage both functions with excellence, ensuring operational consistency, performance development, and KPI success across the board. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the training and quality team based on company standards and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate closely with support areas and operations to address requests effectively while building collaborative partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate implementation and continuous improvement of training and quality practices aligned with operational goals.
  • Support operational leadership in analyzing service processes and driving corrective strategies based on key findings.
  • Develop action plans that enhance performance and skill-building using innovative methodologies and learning tools.
  • Maintain precise documentation and reporting to track results, capture improvements, and inform stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate information security standards and promote responsible data handling across functions.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required; technologist certification or 8 active semesters of a professional degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training, quality, operations, or process improvement within the industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a learning culture focused on performance and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance metrics, corporate learning frameworks, and training strategy execution.
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms, performance tracking tools, and standard office technology.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead through complexity and change.
