We’re looking for a E-commerce Specialist. You will be responsible for explaining the service and serving as the primary point of contact for potential customers throughout the sales process, responding to all inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service through attentive listening. You must handle confidential information with sensitivity, aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client’s offerings, and document and update records in the required systems.
