We're looking for a Collections Expert. You will build professional and empathetic relationships with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate repayment plans. You will provide excellent service by actively listening, being patient, and communicating persuasively. You must handle sensitive customer information with discretion and adhere to regulatory standards to support the financial well-being of both the company and its customers.
