We are looking for a Product Manager. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development for Workday.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prioritize the product backlog and manage delivery timelines throughout the sprints, ensuring successful product launches.
  • Act as the central point of contact for product deliverables, effectively collaborating with Design, Development, Data, QA, and Digital PMO teams.
  • Work with QA and functional owners to design and execute test scenarios during E2E and UAT phases.
  • Develop and provide comprehensive product content and materials, including quick guides, manuals, videos, demonstrations, and training materials.
  • Conduct "Train-the-Trainer" sessions and end-user training as needed.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has a 90% and up English level.
  • Has over 3 years of previous experience as a Product Manager (local/regional), Product Owner, Business Solutions Manager, or IT Architect in an IT project environment.
  • As an advantage, has previous experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
