YOUR DUTIES WILL BE
- Providing customer service for online purchases
- Delivering information to customers via phone and email
- Ensuring high-quality and timely communication about products through e-chat and social networks
- Entering and managing data in internal systems
- Maintaining compliance with customer service quality standards
Working Schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:00-17:00/ 8.30-17.30
Contract: Fixed-term contract
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE
- Latvian and English language skills at B2-C1 level or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability
- Higher, secondary special education
- Client-oriented work attitude
