Your Role – Chat-Focused Customer Support

Handle pre- and post-sale customer inquiries via chat (main channel), email, and occasional voice
Provide accurate information and solutions using internal tools
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Understand customer needs and deliver a high level of satisfaction
Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies
