On Site Content Moderator – Russian speaker, Brasov, Romania

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Russian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring and moderating content to ensure it complies with the platform’s community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (text, images, videos, comments) in Russian
• Ensure all content aligns with company policies and community standards
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian – written and spoken
• Fluency in English – B2 level
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work with sensitive content
• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday
