We’re looking for a creative and people-oriented Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning experiences. In this role, you'll support readiness by equipping new and existing team members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare all training logistics including setup of facilities, materials, and participant resources.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions that ensure knowledge transfer and readiness.
• Adapt delivery style and techniques to suit different learning styles and group dynamics.
• Conduct training needs analyses to ensure content is relevant and aligned with performance objectives.
• Design training materials with learner-centric approaches and clear learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training sessions to measure impact and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed reporting on training progress, participation, and effectiveness.
• Take ownership of follow-up activities to reinforce learning and track post-training performance.
• Keep stakeholders informed of learning progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay aligned with relevant areas to ensure training is current, relevant, and results-focused.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma (required).
• Experience as a certified teacher or facilitator (required).
• Completion of internal development programs such as JUMP (preferred).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible information.
• Experience using digital tools for training delivery, tracking, and reporting.
• Emotional intelligence and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on learner success.
