Job description
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to sellers’ portfolio.
- Build, manage and maintain strong, long-lasting seller relationships by championing the sellers’ needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify cross border trade business opportunities and develop strategies to execute them successfully.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop and execute business plans with existing sellers and/or identify new opportunities and areas of improvement to exceed GMV goals.
- Understand the ecommerce ecosystem, respond to seller’s requests, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to reduce selling frictions.
- Create, manage and present performance reports and knowledge training for sellers and vendors.
Requirements
- Higher education with minimum of 2-year working experience in customer success or account management in international or regional markets
- Experience within digital, eCommerce and/or technology industries, specializing in Parts & Accessories industry is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in business operations
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, while also working well in partnership with colleagues and organizational leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Orientation to the result and attention to details
- Business proficiency in verbal and written English and Lithuanian
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office
