Remote Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative (with relocation package to Lithuania)
YOUR DUTIES WILL BE
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from the customers according to documented procedures, training curriculum, and quality guidelines
Provide high-quality customer support services maintaining high levels of empathy, ownership, and efficiency during each interaction
Provide general service feature questions, support with account setup and onboarding, pricing inquiries as well as manage claims and escalations
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE
Danish language level at the level C1 or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability.

Position is based in Lithuania.
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 9:00 till 21:00 /rolling schedule, 40h/week
SALARY
2330-2470 €/mon. gross (Lithuanian taxes are 39.5%-42.5%)
The monthly base salary ranges from €2,330 to €2,470 gross, with an additional opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus of up to €193 gross per month, available upon successful completion of the training.
