In a world where everything moves fast, we chose to create something that would endure — something filled with meaning, heart, and connection: a tribute to the beautiful and emotional stories shared by our team members about their mothers and mother figures.
As part of the TP Women’s Mother’s Day Book campaign, we invited employees to write heartfelt letters. Some wrote to their mothers—women who shaped their lives with quiet strength, fierce love, and gentle wisdom. Others, mothers themselves, wrote to their children, capturing their dreams, gratitude, and hopes for the future. Together, their voices form a moving tribute to the women who shape our lives and inspire generations to come.
The result is a collection of 86 heartfelt letters, each offering a personal glimpse into the unique bond between writer and mother figure. While every story is different, they share common themes of strength, care, and quiet influence. Some letters recall small moments that made a lasting impact. Others reflect on values passed down and the legacies carried forward. All of them honor the influence of women who teach, guide, and uplift through both grand gestures and quiet acts of love.
The idea behind Letters to Mothers was simple: to give our people a space to express gratitude, reflect on their journeys, and share the voices that inspired them. What came back was more powerful than we imagined. These stories reminded us who we are, how much we need each other, and how deeply one life can touch another.
