For the past three years, TP has supported UNICEF* in its efforts to bridge educational gaps and create positive, lasting change. Through this partnership, we’ve supported critical programs in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.
Our latest documentary, "TP for UNICEF: Building Brighter Futures in the Philippines," showcases the incredible strides we’ve made in empowering children through education, resilience, and hope.
A partnership with purpose
Education is the key to a brighter future, yet many children in the Philippines grow up without access to quality learning resources. By supporting UNICEF, we continue to make a positive change.
Since 2022, our partnership has helped transform the lives of over 89,000 children in the Philippines. We’ve empowered 1,600 Child Development Workers in 2024 with the tools and knowledge needed to engage young learners effectively. These dedicated professionals now have the skills to support children in their earliest stages of growth, setting them up for lifelong learning success.
With the Philippines being one of the world’s most disaster-prone countries, it is essential that children know how to act. Typhoons, floods, and other natural disasters disrupt lives and often put children at significant risk. By educating children on disaster preparedness and response, UNICEF is equipping them with life-saving skills that enable them to stay safe in times of crisis.
Furthermore, TP’s support has also helped transform urban spaces into green, accessible areas which are essential for children and young people to have spaces to play, study, be with each other and feel safe.
