What makes a workplace truly great? At TP, it's all about our community. The confidential survey invited 66,231 team members across Europe, yielding 37,118 responses. TP was rated based on trust, company values, leadership, and innovation.
According to the survey, 94% of employees stated they work in a physically safe environment and are treated fairly, regardless of social or socio-economic status. Furthermore, 93% reported equal treatment irrespective of sexual orientation, while 92% emphasized fairness across racial backgrounds. These results highlight TP's unwavering commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and fairness.
This year's award highlights TP's operations in Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UK. Additionally, countries certified by Great Place to Work® that proudly display the badge include Albania, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Kosovo, Lithuania, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Serbia, Sweden, the Netherlands, and North Macedonia.
