Impact Sourcing
TP has been recognized with a 2025 Elevate Honors award by Everest Group, winning the “Impact Sourcing Honor” category. This recognition is a powerful testament to our efforts in inclusive employment. As a staunch advocate of inclusive employment, our Impact Sourcing program offers opportunities for people with otherwise limited job prospects, like immigrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and people living below the poverty line. An employment gateway
We offer opportunities for enthusiastic, first-time workers eager to enter the workforce. In 2024 alone, more than 103,500 young people began their professional careers with TP and now have access to advancement resources like the JUMP! program and TP University.
Partnership with Digital Skills Accelerator Africa
Through our partnership with Digital Skills Accelerator Africa (DSAA), we actively engage marginalized groups, such as women and people with disabilities. Together with DSAA, we are able to create opportunities for these communities in the digital sector, promoting equity while also unlocking the full potential of Africa’s workforce.

We work with local NGOs to deliver language, digital, soft skills, and STEAM programs, including AI Power Girls and English training, to expand job and economic opportunities.
Youth Employability Development in Mexico
Our Youth Training Program supports university students and young job seekers with practical workshops on interviews, resume writing, emotional intelligence, and other essential skills for entering the workforce.
Employment Pathways in the Philippines
Our local programs provide underserved communities with targeted skills training and pathways into IT/BPO and service roles, as well as English Communication.
