We promote social impact programs by hiring unemployed and underemployed talent through Impact Sourcing initiatives, including people with disabilities, first-time workers, and at-risk groups. This creates access to fair jobs, improves living conditions, and is supported by local initiatives, partnerships, and client collaborations.
TP creates opportunities that change life paths. Through Impact Sourcing, TP opens doors for diverse talent, fostering inclusion, professional growth, and sustainable impact for communities worldwide.
We expand opportunities around the world by creating meaningful jobs for impact workers, including immigrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and others facing barriers to employment. Hear from our colleagues about turning work into growth, purpose, and possibility.
TP has been recognized with a 2025 Elevate Honors award by Everest Group, winning the “Impact Sourcing Honor” category. This recognition is a powerful testament to our efforts in inclusive employment. As a staunch advocate of inclusive employment, our Impact Sourcing program offers opportunities for people with otherwise limited job prospects, like immigrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and people living below the poverty line. We offer opportunities for enthusiastic, first-time workers eager to enter the workforce. In 2024 alone, more than 103,500 young people began their professional careers with TP and now have access to advancement resources like the JUMP! program and TP University.
Through our partnership with Digital Skills Accelerator Africa (DSAA), we actively engage marginalized groups, such as women and people with disabilities.
