Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Call Center operations support for Systems related infrastructure
- Works with a wide range of users across different locations and time zones
- Provisioning and maintenance of systems hardware and software
- Troubleshoot system software, hardware and storage issues
- Enterprise Domain, vSphere and Exchange Infrastructure support
- Monitor system resources and performance
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical major or equivalent experience
- At least 3+ years technical role in a complex Windows environment providing operational support, hands-on client configuration and implementation
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively deliver and work with multiple concurrent projects meeting tight deadlines
- Understanding of PCI certification
- Understanding of TCP/IP Networking Knowledge and/or experience on the following: VBScript or Powershell
- DNS, ADSS, DFS and WSUS
- Microsoft Windows 2008 version and above
- Unix variants specifically RedHat/CentOS
- Microsoft Exchange servers and/or Office 365
- VMware vSphere 5.5 version and above
