Calculate and conduct data analysis on HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, diversity, key recruiting metrics, employee engagement, training and development, performance.
Develop and maintain HR data dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Collaborate with Global HR Leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop customized analytics solutions with effective storytelling to support decision-making.
Develop and implement predictive analytics models and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and implementing data quality control measures.
Partner with Global Data Warehouse Team to ensure HR data is accurate, complete, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Provide thought leadership in HR analytics, including emerging trends and technologies and best practices.
Train and mentor junior HR analytics team members on data analysis best practices, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project scoping, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in HR, IT, and other departments.
Lead change management initiatives related to HR analytics, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Function and/or HR analytics or related field.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Strong functional knowledge along with analytical skills and ability to manipulate large and complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights to senior leadership.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills
