Our TP Women initiative fosters a workplace where women can thrive at every stage of their careers. Through this global initiative, TP promotes gender equity, strengthens inclusive leadership, and accelerates opportunities for women to grow, lead, and shape the future of our organization.
For over four decades, TP has built a culture of belonging. Our leadership supports these values by creating an environment where every voice is heard. This commitment to diversity and equality has strengthened our teams and encouraged collaboration. Recognized as a Great Place to Work, TP’s dedication is shown by Chief Executive Officer for the Americas for TP Miranda Collard being named to The Heroes Executives Role Model List for 2025, supported by YouTube and INvolve. This list honors senior women leaders like Miranda, who founded TP Women and promotes diversity and inclusion, helping to pave the way for future women leaders.
As part of the TP Women’s Mother’s Day Book campaign, we invited employees to write heartfelt letters. Some wrote to their mothers—women who shaped their lives with quiet strength, fierce love, and gentle wisdom. Others, mothers themselves, wrote to their children, capturing their dreams, gratitude, and hopes for the future.
Together, these voices form Letters to Mothers — a powerful tribute to the women who inspire us, guide us, and leave a lasting mark on our lives.
TP Women’s objective is to maintain an overall equal gender distribution in the Group's workforce and in management positions, and to increase the proportion of women in governing bodies.
Establish high-level corporate leadership and accountability for gender equality. Measure and publicly report on progress to achieve gender equality through initiatives and advocacy.
Provide internal training on implicit bias and gender issues for men and women.
Promote education, training, and professional development for women.
Treat all women and men fairly at work and ensure the safety and well-being of all workers.
