Nurturing talent through impact sourcing and mentorship
In collaboration with Generation Kenya, we equipped job-seeking youth with comprehensive CX training that aligns with TP’s high standards. This training encompasses a wide range of crucial skills, including soft skills, digital literacy, emotional intelligence, and technical abilities, preparing them for successful careers.
Furthering our commitment to digital inclusion, our partnership with Konexio Africa provided a transformative six-month digital inclusion program for 11 young girls. This initiative opens doors to the digital economy, offering these talented individuals the tools and opportunities to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
Championing health and well-being
Our annual three-day on-site medical camps across Kenya provided free and confidential breast cancer and Pap smear screenings. The Jitambue Kike (“Know Yourself as a Woman”) program was created to support women at work and in the community. By installing pad vending machines and organizing pad donation drives, we are working to reduce the absenteeism of girls from school and create a supportive environment for women.
Celebrating teamwork and empowerment through sport
TP Women provided attire to the ladies’ football team and booked a football field for regular after-work games. This initiative fosters a sense of camaraderie and celebrates the strength and determination of women in sport, all while promoting physical well-being.
