Putting people first is in our DNA. Our Citizen of the World (COTW) program builds meaningful connections that create value for employees, clients, partners, prospects, and neighbors, while expanding opportunity for future generations. From educating children in need to delivering critical aid in humanitarian crises, COTW represents our commitment to a fairer, more sustainable, and more equitable future for all.
Since 2006, Citizen of the World (COTW) has supported vulnerable children and families through education, humanitarian relief, health services, and community development. We don’t just respond to crises, we help build long-term resilience. COTW reflects nearly two decades of sustained philanthropic commitment.

Our global teams volunteer their time and skills to support the missions and charitable activities of our NGO partners (non-governmental organizations, often private and non-profit).
We collect toys and donate to local charities that bring joy to children and families in need during the holidays.
Our compassionate employees organize various campaigns to ease the pain of disadvantaged and disaster-stricken families and children.
Since 2022, TP has partnered with UNICEF to strengthen education programs, especially in India and the Philippines, through teacher training, school supplies, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) improvements, while also providing global emergency relief. In 2025 we expanded support to education programs in Brazil and Ghana.
Impact metrics (2022-2025):
The COTW Awards are an internal program that recognizes outstanding employee-led initiatives that create measurable global impact. In 2025, winning projects reached hundreds of thousands of people across multiple continents, from Colombia’s waste-to-desks program to inclusive workshops for children with disabilities in Senegal.
This collection of videos and documentaries highlights the initiatives that support our people and foster a culture of belonging, driving positive impact across our organization and beyond.
