Key Skills/Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on network, server, storage, and DC components to ensure all function efficiently.
• Overseeing the safe installation of any hardware and cabling systems in DC and Colocation.
• Deploying and inspecting IT Systems which hosted in DC and site build up if necessary and require.
• Performing regular checks on network and systems equipment in DC.
• Managing systems backup, server patching and network security protocol in DC and Colocation.
• Responding to network and systems alerts and hardware malfunction in DC.
• Collaborating with local and IT APAC Infrastructure SME and Global Security team to ensure systems compliance and IT infrastructure efficiency.
• Tracking and documenting of incidents report and maintain up to date inventory of DC and ISPs circuits in APAC region.
• Keeping track of developing trends in Data Centre technologies
• Well handling of tickets incidents and provide work quality on all service requests, incident request and deliver job assignments by Data Centre Manager

Additional Requirements:

• Advance/Higher in Diploma/Graduate Degree in computer science and information technology, Professional Degree and similar.
• CCNA, CCNP certification would be advantageous.
• 1-4 years' of experience in IT Infrastructure/ Systems and / or Data Centre Operation.
• Knowledge of Data Centre Environments, NOC, Servers and Network equipment.
• Exceptional ability to work as part of the team, team player and provide support and resolve errors.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call roster.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to respond to network and server incidents in DC after hours and remotely.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
