Citizen of the World (COTW), TP’s global philanthropic program, recognizes the power of employee-led action to support communities where help is needed most. Since 2006, COTW has supported vulnerable children and families through education, humanitarian relief, health services, and community development, generating €90M in donations since program inception, including €9M in donations, 80K volunteer hours, and more than 286K impacted lives in 2025.
The 2026 COTW Awards celebrate the TP teams whose Star Projects created meaningful impact across health, education, inclusion, environmental action, humanitarian support, and long-term community partnerships. This year’s winners were recognized across four categories:
1st place: TP in Georgia
The Christmas Charity Project mobilized employees through a charity fair and fundraising campaign across multiple cities, raising funds to support vulnerable children, families, and animal welfare.
2nd place: TP in Colombia
TP Water Guardians advanced ecological restoration in the Bogotá River basin through native tree planting connected to water quality, biodiversity, and community well-being.
3rd place: TP in Turkey
One Bowl of Food, One Bowl of Water supported animals affected by the 2025 Turkey wildfires and helped provide food and water bowls for street animals.
3rd place: TP in Malaysia and Thailand
World Clean Up Day brought teams together across Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang, contributing 755 volunteer hours to restore public spaces and support cleaner communities.
1st place: TP in the UK
Social Mobility and Early Years Development helped 1,570 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access career exposure through school events, office insight days, and virtual mentoring.
2nd place: TP in Portugal
The Purpose Quest used a gamified model to turn volunteering and participation into donations for NGOs, or non-governmental organizations, while increasing employee engagement.
3rd place: TP in Ghana
The project with the Africa Dyslexia Organization and UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, trained teachers to identify dyslexia and dyscalculia and apply more inclusive classroom practices.
1st place: TP in Italy
The partnership with CalcioSociale, an inclusion project in Rome’s Corviale district, used sport to promote education, responsibility, solidarity, and urban regeneration.
2nd place: TP in Malaysia
Box of Hope delivered care boxes and bags to communities across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru, supported by employee volunteers.
3rd place: TP in Senegal
Fighting Women’s Cancers in Senegal developed with LISCA, the Senegalese League Against Cancer, expanded awareness, screenings, diagnostic tests, and access to treatment.
1st place: TP in the USA
A two-decade partnership with Feed the Children, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization supporting children and families, helped provide food resources, school supplies, and emergency meal support.
2nd place: TP in Tunisia
The long-running blood donation initiative with CNTS, the National Blood Transfusion Center in Tunisia, has supported structured blood donation campaigns since 2017.
3rd place: TP in India
A two-decade partnership with Literacy India, an education-focused nonprofit organization, has supported mentorship and education programs that strengthen sustainable social development.
