The role

Teleperformance EMEA, because of consistent growth and digital transformation, is looking for an ambitious, passionate, and experienced Software Development Manager to lead our distributed software development teams. You will ensure that we deliver in an agile way high-quality and secure software solutions.

Duties

• Manage software development teams
• Manage DevOps team
• Ensure that our software development standards and processes are followed
• Help onboard new team members and help the existing members grow

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of proven experience managing software development team(-s)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interface with a technical and non-technical concern at all organizational levels
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack, main testing concepts, and approaches
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, including continuous integration and delivery
• Good understanding of both relational and nonrelational databases and the concepts behind
• Proven track of successful projects
• Fluency in English
