Comparably Awards 2024: A Supportive Work Environment Strengthened by Growth

As another quarter unfolds, we are grateful to be recognized once again for our commitment to fostering a great workplace culture. We are pleased to announce that TP has been recognized in Comparably’s “Best Places to Work” Awards 2024 Q1 where we are included in several categories, namely:

• Best Company Outlook: This category measures how confident employees are about their companies, including the company’s future and growth. This category also measures how employees are likely to recommend working in their respective companies to others.
• Best Global Culture: This category measures how employees would rate their overall workplace experience. The ratings are determined through several metrics, including compensation, co-workers, work-life balance, career development, benefits, leadership, and more.
• Best Departments: This category focuses on how employees from specific departments rate their workplace experience.

TP ranked 21^st in the “Best Company Outlook” category (Large companies) and ranked 14^th in the “Best Global Culture” category (Large companies). We are grateful to be included in several “Best Departments” subcategories, including “Best Product and Design Teams, “Best Sales Teams,” and “Best HR Teams.” In these lists, we ranked 13^th, 4^th, and 20^th respectively.

The winning companies are based entirely on employee feedback in 20 core culture metrics – from compensation, leadership, work environment, and overall company outlook.
