Building a global revenue organization requires more than talented sellers. It requires a common language for selling, coaching, customer success, and leadership development.
That belief led TP to partner with Winning by Design, a recognized revenue architecture and sales training organization, to create TP Way of Selling. More than a training program, the initiative establishes a shared cultural framework with all teams across the globe using the same language and terminology. TP Way of selling supports across the entire revenue lifecycle, helping teams develop the skills, behaviors, and coaching practices needed to drive consistent revenue performance worldwide.
Since launch, more than 1,600 employees across 20+ countries have been certified through the program, making it one of TP's largest global commercial enablement initiatives.
Sales excellence becomes durable when it is designed as a cultural backbone rather than left to individual talent. A shared language and methodology gives every role a defined way to create value with customers, and it gives managers an objective basis for coaching. At TP, that work is delivered through TP Way of Selling, developed with Winning by Design.
Unlike traditional sales training programs that focus on a single role or stage of the funnel, TP Way of Selling spans the entire revenue lifecycle. From prospecting and qualification to customer retention, expansion, and leadership development, every role operates within a common commercial framework:
SDRs and BDRs learn how to qualify demand and open a relevant first conversation.
Account executives follow a consistent approach to discovery and opportunity progression.
Account managers apply the same discipline to growth inside existing accounts.
Customer success managers connect customer value to renewal and expansion conversations.
Frontline managers and sales leaders gain a shared coaching language, which moves performance discussions away from anecdote.
The value of that shared language compounds as an organization grows, because certification gives leaders a common reference point and shortens the distance between a new hire's first week and their first credible customer conversation.
Fragmentation is expensive in ways that rarely appear on a single report. When qualification standards differ by region, pipeline data becomes hard to compare and forecast confidence weakens. Sales transformation programs then stall in the gap between what leadership endorsed and what sellers actually do on a Tuesday morning.
Enablement research points in the same direction. Organizations with a formal enablement function reported win rates of 49% on forecast deals, against 42.5% for those without one, according to the fifth annual sales enablement study from CSO Insights¹, a sales research organization.
Buyer behavior adds pressure from the other side. Most buyers now prefer to research independently², yet they still seek seller input for decisions that require contextual judgement about fit. That places a premium on sellers who arrive prepared, which is difficult to sustain when preparation depends on individual effort rather than a defined method.
Consistency also matters after the sale. When a methodology stops at signature, account growth, renewal, and revenue recovery are left to improvisation, and that is where many expansion plans quietly lose ground.
TP launched the program in the first quarter of 2026 as a global sales enablement initiative inside its Revenue-as-a-Service (RaaS) ecosystem. More than 1,600 TP employees have been certified, and 1,200 employees are currently enrolled in the program.
Delivery reaches teams in Spain, Portugal, the UK, Greece, Turkey, the UAE, Egypt, Bosnia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Togo, Canada, the United States, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic. APAC forms the first deployment wave, where the methodology is embedded into onboarding, sales coaching, Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, and performance management.
Delivery starts with Master Trainers and selected frontline leaders, then expands through trainer enablement and role-based learning. The curriculum connects B2B sales practice with TP's customer experience expertise, revenue lifecycle management, leadership development, and coaching excellence.
Its purpose is deliberately practical. Frontline managers gain a repeatable way to coach performance, and customer retention receives the same disciplined attention as new business.
Certification marks a milestone rather than a finish. Organizations that sustain B2B sales growth keep the methodology visible in hiring, coaching, quality assurance, and performance review, so commercial standards hold even as teams, markets, and buyer expectations change.
At TP, TP Way of Selling is being integrated into the broader Revenue-as-a-Service ecosystem through trainer enablement, frontline coaching, and role-based learning. By creating clear standards for commercial execution and customer engagement, the program helps teams apply a common approach across the revenue lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity management to customer retention and growth.
Revenue-as-a-Service is the commercial engine that TP Way of Selling runs inside. TP embeds AI and operational rigor into sales operations and covers the full revenue lifecycle, from demand generation and opportunity discovery through customer onboarding, value realization, and revenue optimization. TP was recognized by Everest Group as a Leader in the B2B Sales Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2025 for that end-to-end, technology-enabled portfolio.
